Default Not Impressed.

Today it actually snowed, and I was so excited, like a kid on Christmas day because I wanted to see how my Vue would do in it. Well... its alot like the SC2 except its heavier and has traction control. I almost cried. I had it in my head because its a VUE I'd be like a monster truck and maul the snow. Oh well. I'm currently blaming it on the tires so I'm on the search for new wheels. Well I kinda of wanted different wheels anyways but now I have an excuse It doesn't look so scary in the pictures but I guess it was because there was 2 accidents in front of our apartment within like 15 minutes of each other

Is it an AWD or FWD? We bought an (AWD) Vue this year and I had a couple people tell me they were pretty good in the snow (the AWD)... I hope so... Good Luck finding new tires and wheels!

Yeah its FWD, I wanted AWD really bad but this is what I have. I was talking to someone at work with a FWD Escape and he had no problems in the snow. He's got really pricey snow tires though.

The snow tire search turned out to be more fun than I though, I found some fatty monster truck looking tires that'll fit. Now I'll pull 450 outta my hat and get them

Sorry to hear it's not awesome in the snow, Tai. Good to see Sparky back home, though.

Yeah my AWD 4 cyl Vue is great in the snow :S
Funny thing is it seems like everywhere down south is getting snow and before last night we had none at all on the ground. Thursday it was 14 degrees celcius. There's a little snow on the ground now, if you really look for it but other than that still lots of green grass.

GRRR I'm so jealous of all you with AWD. I'd even settle for 4WD.
