Default Back Bumper

How hard is it to replace the back bumper? When I got the car it already had a punch through the bumper, and some lady slid into me and caused a second larger one on the other side of the bumper. I'm thinking it might be time to replace it as surely the padding is shot. Haven't done alot of work myself but I am incredibly mechanical and have access to a nice garage with tools and a lift(neighbors are so nice cometimes). Ideas? Suggestions?

actually its not that hard especially if you have access to a lift there should be bolts or clips on the inside of the bumper that connect and hold it to the body

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it's a Vue from the poster's username? I still believe that it should be easy to change, especially with the access that you have. Having a lift would suggest your friend is knowledgeable so perhaps they could help if you are lacking confidence.
