Im no help about your tranny (which I assume is the manual one?), but I believe the process has been discussed on this forum, in some detail.
I got part of a set of factory manuals on ebay - werent expensive. There are several of them, for different aspects. One is devoted to the transaxle for instance. You can go to
www.helminc.com. They are the authorized publishers for these manuals. I think they are worth what they cost.
