With the manual trans it is wirth while pulling the trans withe engine. The payment is when you try to put the engine and the trans together if you leave the trans in the car. It is a royal pain and any time spent removing the trans witrh the engine is made up when you reinstall the engine trans assembly back into the car rather than trying to mate the trans to the engine in car.
