Default 95-99 Mitsubishi Eclipse Non-Turbo intake


I heard something that the non turbo eslipse. cold air intakes would work is this true?

but its not really a cold air intake...it's moreless a warm air intake...some places call it a cooler air intake, but yeah, it'll work fine, i had one for 33 dollars shipped, where as people were paying ridiculous amounts for the same one, with the hot shot name taped to it...but yeah, works, and works great!

If that's not cold air.... i'm insane...

well, I'm insane anywayz, but that's definitely pulling cold air... you may choose to trim yours a little to get it higher

You should be able to use it on your car, but because your car has the TBI setup you would need to get the TBI elbow connector off of a 2.0L chevy TBI engine (such as a Chevy Corsica/Beretta/Cavalier). Then use that, and some connectors in order to adapt everything to fit. Talk to Whelan, since he has done it that way.

Mine is TBI... the coupler can be seen in the photo

and YES, I drive this car everyday... and it was raining like a ma-fugger this morning.... no problems
