...get my car registered in the state of VA for two years? It's a 2002 and I've had it for almost a year. I'm thinking it might be because I have to get my emissions done yearly. Thanks in advance.

all cars should be registered....when ur pulled over doesnt a cop ask for lisence, registration, and insurance card? unless VA is wierd. i know that in NJ you get ur reg when you get ur new plates for ur new car...it takes about 2-3 weeks for the dealership to get the plates (in jersey)
