Default apartment checking on saturnday

ok guys ill be checking out an apartment tomorrow to be moving in with holly soon. for me its either kiked out or move out right now. my rents are getting a divorce and if my mom gets the hosue its already been stated that im getting kiked out. jersey is madd expensive too tho. holly found this one place for 875 which is cheap in jersey and will hopefully allow my cookie. cookie is my husky puppy and she is just the cutest thing. anyways wish me and holly luck. btw what is with everyone moving on here like MVK, brandon(xtremesaturn96) and brandon(SC2-gt)...of course all there rent or mortgages (<--is that correctly spelled?) prolly arent even close to what u gotta pay in jersey

Godamm man, doesn't anybody stay together anymore?! Sorry to hear about your parents, mine have been d'd for 14 years and it still hurts me a little to think about it. You'd figure after this long, yours would just deal. You are getting kicked out? WTF is up with that?!? Anyway, I hope you get straightened out and DO get renter's insurance. It's not that expensive and it may save you a lot of grief if something happens, even if it's not your fault.

PS-Is your credit good enough for a loan? You may qualify for 100% financing with a first-time homebuyers deal and the payments would more than likely be less than rent for the same joint.

Damn pat, even though stuff up here by me is relatively expensive you can still get a better deal than that. I will take a look around tomorrow and report what I find.

yeah...good luck on the apt search.

and i just moved too got off campus. moved in with 2 friends. it's a 3 bed/1 bath for 426+gas,water,phone, so split that between 3 ppl and that equals super cheap damn...it's good to be in nm where it's cheap to live plus being eligable for low rent housing b/c we're poor college students
