I love my ION 3 sedan. I just got back from the H2O show in Ocean City, MD, which is all Audi and VWs. I went down for some friends of mine and the club that I am in.
The way that they had us park was in a show like format. I wasn't even registered for the show. This is how it looked VW, VW, VW, VW, VW, Saturn, VW, VW, VW, VW, etc. I had to back into my parking space so it looked like I was there to show. I was walking around looking for about three hours and my friend and I decided to head back to the car and leave. As we were getting to my car I noticed a big crowd around it. I was thinking to myself 'What's going on now?' So I popped the trunk and scared some people. Everyone that was there had a car in the show and they thought that I had put mine in the show as well because they all had their clipboards. A bunch of the VW owners and I got to talking and they were completely taken back with the 2.2L Ecotec engine. One of them said that it had more power then their VW did. It was getting dark out and I told them that I would show them everything that I did so far witht the car accessory wise, so I flipped on my underbody neons and my interior neons. Thats when everyone made a big fuss over the entire car.
I guess what I am getting to is that, in a Saturn it is different and that it can shock the hell out of other car owners.
