geezus.. what a friggin week.. ya know..I posted that I was heading out to Florida on SatSpeed and here, but when I was getting ready to finish my post up here my pos Compaq garbage pile froze up on me.. how typical.. Well, It was 3:30 in the morning and we were on our way to the airport so I said fug it, I'll just post something when I get off the plane in Jax.
Anyways.. Talk about needing a vacation from a vacation!! I'm back in Cali and now I feel like I need to relax more then ever.
The first couple of days started out pretty good, until the inlaws started to trip, like I knew that they would..
How many times did Angie and I hear this line from the in-laws before we went out to Florida: "Sure, you guys can go hang out with your friends, you haven't seen them in a while" But yet, the first time that we make plans to go out to dinner with a group of them the griping begins!
"You two flew all the way out here and now you just want to hang out with your friends,,, blah, blah, blah.."
For chrissake! We hung out with them almost every day of the week, and yet they *****!!
So needless to say, I didn't do half the **** that I planned on doing which included heading down to Tampa and then shooting over to Joey's neck of the woods.. God forbid we don't spend every frigging waking minute wityh her co-dependent mom! ( I shouldn't say that.. her mom is really nice.. albeit a bit neurotic!)
Then.. BS #2 comes up.... Her mom promised me a few weeks ago that she would spot me the money to buy my project SL and get the 5spd conversion for it since I spent the money on plane tickets to go see them and the down payment on my Xterra.
I managed to talk the owner down to $500 from $1300 and then she (her mom) flakes out about giving me the money...
So here is my potential project staring me in the face and I have to let it go.. oh well... I'll find another deal. I'm patient.. I'm still gonna work her mom a bit and try to put in some extra hours to get the cash up..

I'll drop you a line this week.. I'm just catching up on everything since the last time that I even looked at a computer was last Wednesday morning.. My e-mail acct had 996 messages in it! holy spam!
