Default First post.

Hey Guys first post here I have been a Saturn owner since 96 I bought my Mother in Laws 92 SL-2 with 50,000 miles on it and it just turned 137,000 miles today it truly has been a great car but it was time to get a newer one so I bought one today. I found a 99 SL-2 Homecoming Editon with 48,000 miles for $6,995 I thought it was a great deal kind of a light Green with Tan Interior. My question is how many where made the Dealer has no clue and I was kind of curious I never heard of this Model before also where is the best place to buy Saturn Parts for a good price the Dealer wants $70 for a set of floor Mats seems high but I do want the original ones.

Not a whole lot of the homecoming edition saturns were made. I've only seen maybe 3 or 4 of the 99 Homecoming cars, and I don't live far from Sping Hill and see tons of saturns all the time. Joey can hook you up with parts if you need them. www.6thplanetusedparts.com Also, welcome to Saturn Spot.

Awesome dood!! Those homecoming editions are sweet lookin!! I think I've seen 1 or 2 since then but there really aren't alot floating around. Write an email to Saturn and ask them. They're usually pretty good at writing back quickly. Welcome to the spot!!

Mine has the standard options of the SL-2 and also Keyless Entry,CD Player,Alloys and Leather Trimmed Seats which I really like. What I dont get is why they didn't install Fog Lamps because the Slots are there.

Not to mention the custom guages I believe and the custom paint that wasn't offered on any other saturn.
