i hate my saturns door. i have to rip the door apart on the passengers side to fix the latch. i hope it was just a lose connection somewhere, the saturn store here dosnt stock the latch and its likea 63$ part. ticks me off. so if i get into my door, and its more than just a messed up link-arm connection that is un-jimmy-riggable, then im gunna have to order the part then tear in again... Joey, if you read this; care to quote me price on a 99 sc2 3 door coupe passenger side door-latch?

well darn. i got in and tore into my door panel yesterday and i partially fixed the problem. I can lock or unlock the door w/ the controls inside the car, i can lock both doors w/ keyless but can only unlock my drivers door, panic, and open trunk w/ my keyless. It wont unlock my passenger side (maybe wiring short?) but anyway, i got in to my lock and had to re-adjust the length of the door handle latch link arm thingy. it wont open while locked usually now unless you torque the handle just right then it opens right up w/o setting off the car alarm. Also, i cant lock the door then shut the door- i have to lock after shutting or when i shut it unlocks the passenger door again. turns out i guess im gunna have to get a new latch for passenger side anyway. grrr.
