I sent him a Money order for an intake and he did not send it yet and it's been a month. What should I do? Has anyone had this happen to them before?

I was talking to him on msn and he said he was not going to ship it. Is there anything I can do?

this is what he sent me on a pm:

"i shipped it via the USPS (United States Postal Service) and they could not provide me with the shipping number. They said it should arrive sometime after Xmas but couldnt give me an exact date."

He's full of sh1t, USPS can track packages. You have his name and adddress? Do a whitepage search and give this turd call.

Better yet post his name and address on here so people can call and harass him.

ag, ill relock after i post.
just so people know, first usps doesnt always have tracers, you have to pay extra for it, and weve had problems with usps with lost packages to canada where we couldnt GET a tracer even when we asked, secondly, ALLOT of stuff gets lost or damaged at christmas, bad time to ship UNLESS you have a tracer AND insurance.
for the betterment of my company and to assist other board members, let me recomend DHL, we crossed over from the "brown" (ups, lol) to DHL about a year and half ago, MANY customers get their parts OVERNIGHT from the day we ship! and thats country wide, extremley fast, HALF the damages of ups, HALF THE COST, DHL enabled us to keep shipping costs down. i highly recomend DHL to all board members shipping and doing transactions.
ok guys take care of the problem and get it hammered out.
