Default i have to go to jail!!!

Well, you guys won't have to put up with me this weekend, I'll be in jail from Friday night to Sunday night.

Here's the story:

so i had a suspended license and on Thursday night my uncle called and needed some help at work, i treed to get a ride, but everyone was busy. so i figured i would be fine, i only had to drive like 1.5 miles to work. so i get up and head off to work, and i get about half way there and a cop passes me and pulls a U-turn in the road. i panic and pull into a car wash and act like I'm just stopping to vacuumed out my car because i just gutted the back of it. so the cop came flying in screeching his tires around the turn and flips his lights on and tells me to get back into my car. so i walk over and get in, he tells me to shut the door, so i do. he walks up and asks "why the hell are you runny from a cop?" i said "i didn't even know you where following me, i was just stopping to clean my car" so he asks for my ID and i give it to him and say "I'm just going to tell you now, I'm not supposed to be driving" then i asked why he pulled me over? he looks at my windsheild and says "your window is cracked" (note: yes it is cracked, there is a crack that is about a foot long and is about an inch above my wipers, there is no way in hell he could see it when passing me) he says OK and goes to his car. he calls another car to come. so they get me out and have me lean on the hood of a cop car and search me, and then go through and search my car. ( so why would they need to search me and my car if the only thing that was wrong was my cracked window) he makes a remark to the other cap "damn, i thought for sure i had a good bust with this one" (i wanted to say "it's all gone because i smoked it all with your wife last night after i ****ed her while you where at work" so he comes over to me and says "I'm having a good day, so I'm not going to ticket you for the cracked window if you promise to fix is ASAP" so I'm like OK cool I'll get it gone tomorrow he says "but I'm going to have to ticket you for driving. so he lets me go, but i had to leave my car, and call my Mom (at 7:00 am on her only day of the week to sleep in) so she can drive me to work.

IMO this was just another pig judging me by the way that I look. I get **** all the time because stereotypical cock smoking pigs don't care if you are really breaking the law, as long as they meet quota. kinda like the time a cop pulled me over on the highway and gave my a ticket for no reverse lights.

ummmm how do you look. and if you think your a good attorney to plead your case you can go to court and explain what happened and . you know what.. nevermind you shouldnt have been driving w/out a license anyway. sorry to hear the way you got busted but its a learnin experience.

sorry i majored in criminal justice and political science. so i could go into this big whole thing but i am tired and its late. but if you honestly think profiling is why he pulled you over then you need to get that and some evidence in court when you appear be4 the judge

Oh my god dude, that is the biggest load of $hit from a cop ever. How desperate he must have been for something in order to pull you over for a freaking cracked windshield.. I didnt even know that was like, illegal. Other than that, them pulling you over is just cause enough to search your car, at least, that was what we learned in government. Especially if he thought you were running from you. Which.. you were.. lol... a little. Hell I wouldve done the same thing.

But then again, dont drive with a suspended license. Don't you have like a bike or something, since it was only a mile and a half?

Are you black? hispanic? well, frankly, anything other than white with a business suit?

On another note, this cop mustve been a retard to ask you to get back in your car. If you're running from him, that would only make it harder for him, and that would allow you to just hop back in and drive away, or grab a gun and shoot him. itd be safer if hed just asked you what you were doing.

I have a suspended license too, but I have papers from the DMV saying that I can drive to and home from work, you might want to look into that. Sorry about getting busted I know how that feels, I had a blown license plate light and it was 4am and got pulled over and had to wait 1 and half hours for another cop to show up so the first one could search my car.
