IMPORTANT, ALL CAR SHOW HOTEL INFO GOING DOWN TODAY

OK EVERYONE, TODAY IS THE DAY, AROUND 3 OCLOCK I WILL BE PUTTING THE DEPOSITS DOWN ON THE ROOMS AT THE CAROUSEL.
I AM WAITING TILL AFTER 2 WHEN THE MANAGER KIM ARRIVES TO DOUBLE CHECK IF WE CAN GET AN EVEN CHEAPER RATE. AS IT STANDS NOW THEY ARE ALLREADY GIVING US THE OFF SEASON RATE OF 55 A NIGHT, DURING IN SEASON THESE ROOMS ARE NORMALLY 75.00 A NIGHT.
BY THE END OF TONIGHT I WILL BE POSTING THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER.
I AM GOING TO EXPLAIN TO KIM THAT ONCE I PAY FOR THE FIRST BATCH OF ROOMS THAT MANY PEOPLE WILL BE CALLING FOR DIRECTONS, ADDING ROOMS, ADDING NIGHTS ETC.
THIS WEEK NOW THAT THIS IS DONE I WILL LIST THE CATEGORIES FOR THE SHOW AND ORDER THE TROPHYS. WE WILL BE MAKING MAPS BOTH TO THE HOTEL AND TO THE SHOW THIS WEEK ALSO AND OF COURSE THE HOTEL CAN HELP WITH ANY DIRECTIONS OR QUESTIONS.

I AM MAKING THIS A STICKY ANNOUNCEMENT POST SO EVERYONE CAN FOLOW THE PROGRESS AND KEEP TRACK OF THE GOING ONS RIGHT FROM THIS ONE POST.
WHO'S SHARING ROOMS, WHOS ADDING NIGHTS ETC CAN ALL BE LISTED ON THIS ONE THREAD TO SIMPLIFY THINGS.
ONCE I POST THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER FEEL FREE TO VISIT THE WEBSITE OR CALL THE HOTEL FOR ANY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

PS, i highly recomend viewing their site, when you see the beauty of the location its going to really get you primed for a florida weekend getaway, all rooms will be the efficency suites, they all have not only the standard double beds but kitchenttes, tables and chairs, etc, go check out the site, i think youll be impressed and id like to personally thank nelson, head of fl spoc for doing all the legwork to make this all happen!

ok folks listen up, were IN!
the managers name is kim, the confirmation numbers are coming in the mail AS we book more rooms, heres how it goes.
if calling to add or book your own rooms you simply ask for kim and have her refer to the 6th planet car show party.
as I BOOK you guys into the vip and guest rooms for each room i WILL NEED ONE NAME AND ADDRESS.
in other words the confirmation numbers are being given for each room as we fill each room, and for each room i need the address of at least one person thats staying in that particular room.
like emily, if your in one room and there gonna be a few people in it ill need your address
cca anthony, ill need your name and address (address''s can be sent to me privatley if people dont want to post them here)
those staying in guest rooms do NOT need to call kim, im giving her the address's, you can call for directions, information etc but theres no ened for say one person to call just to say, hey im staying in room 27 with emily (just using you theorectically em!) WE handle that right here on this post whos lodging with who.
TWO of my guest rooms are allready paid in full, as address's come to me I pay for more as we fill them cause i need address to get confirmation numbers, BUT, she is fully aware that im booking at least the 7 rooms we all discussed for saturday night, i also explained to her that soem folks if staying at the carousel will be adding rooms, some will be wanting to add firday night on my rooms etc.

ok as far as im concerned its now time for everyone to list here a head count of whos staying in what rooms.
we know anthony from cca has one and keith mkeever has a second vip.
you guys got 5 more that sleep 4 each so thats at LEAST 20 more without having to crash on the floors and crap (which is pleny cool with me if we need to fit people and some of you dont mind being like the "party central crash rooms") we just wont broadcast that to the hotel LOL
you guys fill the rooms and keep it on this thread.
its time for ME to write up the categories and order the TROPHYS NOW!

I'm pulling myself from the FL trip.

Its just too far for me to be in the car for 20+ hours for a show, leave on Sunday morning to get home Monday morning and have to be at work all day Monday. That's just not worth it to me. It's just way to far to drive 1000 miles for a weekend. If it was just a little closer to me and a more centralized east coast location.

....i realize that that second sentence is a run on from hell.....oh well.

Hey Joey, jason and I will be in one room....I'm assuming still one of the rooms you had for BOB. all this info....and I'm getting a little confused...if we're staying in one of the rooms that your paying for for saturday night, do we need to contact the hotel or YOU with info?
