Default Iraq

So it looks like Bush is gonna go into Iraq regardless of what the Weapons Inspectors find, or without approval from the UN I think that we should have the International community behind us if were gonna go in there, But when we get rid of Saddam who is gonna take over you got Kurdish Muslims in Northern Iraq that want there own Independent State ****te Muslim in South Iraq who also want there own Independent State All I can see is another Israeli type conflict, not to mention the whole North Korea thing, and I see another terrorist attack coming because were so called attacking the Muslim world!

I dont think that Bush has built a strong case for military action besides the point that Saddam has continually violated UN resoulutions, I think we need more International backing if we go in there cause its just gonna be a we the Zionist entitys that attacked a country over oil, cause that is what it looks like to all those countries there!

I agree. I think Bush is making a stupid decision, he's just going to have all kinds of other countries pissed off at the US.

The question is "does G.W. Bush really care what the U.N. thinks?" or for that matter does the U.S. in general really care. Don't forget that the USA has more U.N. injunctions against it than any other country in the world. (financial, human rights, military actions, and backing of military actions)

Bush doesn't seem to care, in my opinion. He's so hell bent on getting rid of Saddam Hussein that he's not seeing the big picture. Fact is that some other ******* will get into power, even he's a puppet for the US gov't for now.

Look at Manuel Noriega. He was placed into power by the US, and he was a good little puppet for a long time, so the US essentially controlled the Panama canal. As soon as he stops playing ball, there's a US military action to remove him from power, and all kinds of propaganda about how evil he is.

Husssein's replacement will eventually do the same thing.

Little factoid for ya: most Iraqis do not like Saddam Hussein and would not support him given a choice, but they're the people who will suffer the most if and when action is taken.

And yet I don't understand why people voted for Bush. I knew if he was elected he would have some war going. Sorry, I don't really care for Bush.

ahh see brenda that was the choice Tom made when joining the military. You can't be angry at the president for that.

Now if I heard right...there were only two-four countries still not in agreance with the US. (France, Russia, Canada, Germany).

Just thought I'd throw this question out to ya'll.
Would you rather take care of a problem before it becomes a MAJOR problem or would you rather let it sit for awhile, until it's got MAJOR attack plans and only needs a couple minutes to carry them out.

I don't know about you guys, But if going in, in a couple weeks means getting rid of Saddam for good. GO FOR IT, because i don't want the US to wait till he can fight back and really do some harm. I'd rather not let it get to that point.

IN 91 they told Saddam if he uses Chemical weapons they have the arsenal to do it right back, now the whole objective now is to remove him from power in 91 it was liberate Kuwait, I see Tel Aviv suffering a Chemical attack, when we go in and then Israeli retaliating, but I dont see us not going in I say by the end of February end of March we will be marching into Baghdad

We already own the skies of Iraq it should be a very simple task, look how they lost in 91, then Iraq had like the 5th biggest army in the world now its half that size
