yes of course i eat cannolis, i also make italian donuts by hand...
now some of the northerners on this site prolly know what a italian donut is ZEPPELOIES (sp?) down here they make various forms of fried pizza dough but none of dem get it right damn it....
proper method is to take a slighty smaller then your first size hunk o dough, slap it in oil at 350 degrees, wait till it turns a golden brown put in BROWN PAPER BAG WITH CONFECTIONERS SUGER AND SHAKE....fuggin dominoes started selling something called domino dots, those things were digusting.... LOL come down to joeys candy shop next year after the car show and ill make up a big ass batch of real italain fried doughs!
