Im in school for Automotive Aftermarket for Managment.. thats my major. It is exactly what it sounds like.. It is Joey's field, Twistec's, XRC's, and CCA's field of business. It is everything from parts manufacturing, service, wholesale, distributorship, retail, jobber... everything.
My school,
Northwood University, we're the best in the schools, as far as preperation.. basically, when its time for me to graduate and get a job, they'll say, "oh, you went to Northwood, we don't have to train you.."
So, as part of the University, we have an comtinuation of training, its a seminar in Las Vegas, in time for the sema show, where its not for students, but industry participants, and its stuff like how to better sales, and prfits.. junk like that.. like, one seminar was on how to improve your GMROI.. Gross Margin Return on Investment. So, as students, we fly out to vegas once a year, attend the seminars, cocktail parties, and then see the SEMA show.. it introduces us into the industry, and we meet potential bosses.
