Default manual transmission oil

How often should you change the manual transmission's oil? I have to clue when my 1994 SL-2's tranny oil was changed. Right now the vehicle is over 163K miles.

How smooth is your shifting? Somebody else chime in here, but I'm guessing every 60-80K new fluid should go in. Redline's lube is expensive but worth it.

You'll need 3 quarts.

The Redline suffices for ATF requirements. That's what we got, correct?

I read the owner's manual and it says to use Dexron 3 ATF, not Micron for
Fords. ThanX for the assistance.
