Well it looks like the Detroit Lions are gonna be announcing today or tommorow that Steve Mariucci will be there new head coach. I see good things for the Lions if Mooch signs it will be the first big name coach to coach here that will make a huge impact

Well according to ESPN its a done deal which most of us new from the start that it was. All you have to do is ask yourself this, "Why would Matt Millen fire Marty Morhinweg without having a replacment after a month earlier you said that he would be back, and the only thing that changed it that time period is the firing of Mariucci from the 49ers", now if he can do to the Lions what he did with the 49ers its gonna be exciting for football fans in Detroit, as Detroit has a promising young Quaterback in Joey Harrington, and the second pick in the draft so hopefully he can turn this team around its been horrible for us Lions fans the last two seasons.
