all i can say is there are some really stupid people in this world...but i think that its the lawyers that are even worse for accepting the fact to take the case

well, they usually win either way... if the case is lost, they still have their hourly rate and sometimes a settlement. If they win, they still have their hourly rate + contingency fees and all that other buttcrack legalistic overbearing oversensitive excessively unnecessary mandated and thoroughly unwarranted legal stuff and big words to fool around with.

If it gets laughed out of court, which it probably will, serves him right for changing his name to something like "Jack Ass".
