my avatar got taken off, so I thought I should give Brett a real reason to get rid of mynew one and not my other avatar. I didnt see anything wrong with it.

The reason that it was taken off, is because the file size was too large and your new avatar is also too big in file size. The limit is 80,000 bytes.
