Step one, got to your local Nissan Dealer and ask for a Skyline R34 GTR with RB26DETT, ATTESA AWD, and Super HICAS.

if you created the database and placed a username and password in it than all you need to do next is start your install.php file up and follow the steps.

Oh. I tried uploading pbbphp or something like that onto my server and I successfully executed the install from my host but it said the database I had won't allow it or something like that. Any idea of what kind of free forum type thing I could use that is the simpliest or most compatiable with the different databases out there?

And you're rigth I have put in a user name and password.

Thanks

No.
The older Skylines weren't available in America at a fair price. Due to the rarity, many Nissan salesmen either don't know what the hell you are talking about, or they mumble "smartass kids" in a really irritated tone.

Give me 10,000,000 Yen, and I will get a Skyline for you.

phpBB is the best free forum out there. YaBB, Invision and the others don't even come close. Its the most stable and the easiest to customize. Lets get you started right.. first off, make sure that your host lets you have MySQL databases, second, make a database and then make a database username and password and set that username into the database. (Are you using CPanel?, if you are this makes its ALOT easier) Third, upload all of the files and then start up the install.php file. Make sure that you fill out the form correctly with the correct database name, username and password. Then your prety much set! You'll just keep following the directions.. and before you know if your message board is up and running.

A few other things I should mention.. you will have the traditional style phpBB board though, it won't be anything special, you'll have to fiddle around with it and spend some time with it changing it around to look nice... and good luck!

Thanks alot Brett I'll try it again and see what I can do.

Ok heres what that bastage keeps doing to me:

"The PHP configuration on your server doesn't support the database type that you chose"

As far as I know I've entered in all my information correctly.

It gave me some choices for "database type" in the install part of phpBB but I get that same friggin message with all of em when trying to install.

My host is with godaddy.com. Do their databases support forums and such?
