They look the same as every other car's filter.

My friend asked me to find out where it is located on her motor, because she is leaking some oil underneath her car ever since the garage changed her oil/filter. She thinks they forgot to tighten the filter properly.

I know on my 2001 SC2 it is sorta behind the front passenger tire, but kinda farther back. Hard to see without light.

Crawl under the car, you should be able to find it real quick.

OOOOH....if its leaking near the right front wheel could be..

If its the oil pan the leak will be a bit more toward the middle.

I spoke to her father today and he said that the oil filter was on the driver's side, somewhere below the battery and accessible from under the hood? What filter could he possibly be talking about? I am confused....

I am almost positive that all saturn's filters are on the right side.
