might not be the most powerful but alone i think it looks good. Everyone's sayin they dont like the front, i think the back is assugly but i still like it aas a whole. Besides, its going to change from that look to what we'd buy and i like their starting conceptual point. I'd buy one...even if its only 200 hp

no doubt the exterior is totally off the hook, but the interior is assed out, and the numbers kill me man.

My Miata's RWD and 116hp from the factory (with the K&N drop-in I added, maybe 117 ). And it's a quick little car - no 1/4 mile beast, but it'll hit 115 down the front straight at Lime Rock, and I've outhandled BMWs in the turns before. Wars not make one great.

It's got some potential. Looks to me kinda like Bugatti meets Chrysler Crossfire.

What the heck are you talking about? the 2.0 in the Redline IS supercharged (wtf else would it be intercooled?) They added 2 tenths more displacement which for stock would help the differential losses... would put down money now before it's even out that the curve would beat the redline. note the OVER 200 hp and torque. And even though Jeep is a littel jaded I don't see how this car could not be made in one form or another (Saturn on a kappa anyway) b/c in order for the solstace to be built other models need a car based on it and there's no reason to have 2 pontiacs competing for it... and since chevy's gettin one saturn might as well too... like it or not were becoming the next (albeit still a little funky) chevy

the 2.0 is a lower (or is it higher compression) than the 2.2L. personally i think the curve looks fugly.

Hmm, I know it IS supercharged. I've read in places that it also has intercooled features. "...Powering the Ion Red Line is a supercharged version of GM’s inline four-cylinder, 2.0-liter dohc Ecotec. The Eaton supercharger (found on GM’s 3800 V6 engines) can deliver boost up to 12 psi and features an air-to-water intercooler. The engine develops 205 hp at 5600 rpm and 200 lb-ft at 4400 rpm. .." - Autoweek
