$7/hr min wage? Holy Crap thats insane, I believe its $5.35 here. Right now I make about $17/hr but I only work two days a week cuz thats all i need to work, and it gives me plenty of time for school and free time.

The funny thing about CT is that its considered one of the richest states, riiiiight. The best part is that Fairfield County is the richest here but it also has the poorest city, Bridgeport. Anyways, should be a good job the money pays well.
But I wouldnt know about minimum cause I have always been a server and server pay up here in CT is 4.85 right now. It was 4.35 when I starter working. I know places like NY, RI, and VA some people dont even get paychecks because the wage for servers is so low it covers their taxes and thats all. | |

Yeah... NY the server wage is about 2.50 give or take... so it is very true... wait staff DO live on their tips...
I miss my job where I was getting 14 an hour... I hope to get it again..l. this time I won't leave it to go back to retail...

the medical feild is an excellent field to get into right now. i tried gettin into computers for months...actually almost a yr and got noplace so i went back to my old job, but this time as an asst manager and im makin 30K a yr.
