Default ok so I lost a race

Last night on our way to our dinner reservation (we were late) my g/f and I were driving and this guy in an integra RS (the boxier style right before the round lights last gen integra) came up to me. We started to go off the lights in a normal fashion, and all of a sudden he floored it, and I punched it too. We were going 50KM/H at the time. Surprisingly I hear his car screaming and his buzzy exhaust and I was like oh ****, he's gonna kill me, yet I managed to take him by 1/2 car all the way to midway 4th gear when he started to pull on me. We shut down at 150 KM/H with him 3/4 of a car length in front. I was ok with the loss though, and I hope I jolted him a bit with my taking him through most of it.

that's ok dude, you win some, ou lose some. But, I have to say that I think you should've beaten him unless he ahd a decent amount of **** under the hood. I'm not sure of the specifics, but the RS was like the most basic integra, and the older ones were even slower than the current ones.

well all I can say was I pushed my car to redline, and he always shifted after me, so I think his redline was higher than mine. After all, my car only goes to 5,500 RPM, but I push it to 5,800RPM sometimes, I don't really wanna kill the car to beat some punk ya know?

It's different in Canada, the rs was the higher model.

I've kinda been getting better with the MPH readings too since my saturnperformance.com gauges are mainly in MPH and secondly in KM/H. Ah its all the same **** anyways.

So that RS had 140hp DOHC? Hm, I didn't do so bad now that I think about it. Also, take into account I had the g/f in the car too and he was by himself. Ah well. Like 00saturn said, you win some, you lose some. I'm not gonna be depressed about it.
