| ProCarParts.com NEVER NEVER EVER EVER Buy anything from these people. NEVER! I ordered 2 things from them. First, I ordered indiglo guages. It took 3 days to ship them -- then they sent the wrong ones. I called to tell them, and they wanted ME to pay to ship the wrong part back. Then, if they agreed it was wrong, they would ship the correct item. Of course - it's 5-7 buisness days EACH WAY to ship. So, a 5 day wait turns into a 3-4 WEEK wait.
Second, I ordered a strut tower brace. I figured they couldn't screw it up. They did. They sent the order to UPS with no delivery address. So, this item was also delayed 3 days for shipping. Then, today, I find out that my local UPS couldn't deliver it because they put an address on the box that doesn't even exist.
To make it better, they are in California, and don't have an 800 number. So, it's not cheap to call and get THEIR screwups fixed.
The box that I did receive, which wasn't right, had misprinted instructions printed right on the box. Here's an example "slide the dials onto the surface of the original guages without removed teh guage needles". They spelled the word THE wrong on the box. And, in another place, they subsituted the word "charter" for "cluster".
I called asking for a refund, but they won't do it. Their customer service people didn't really care much about what I was saying to them, and make no effort to help fix my problems.
So, as a warning -- DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

| I know I'll eventually get what I ordered, but I was excited to get this stuff in time for the workday on sunday. Now, I don't know if I'll see either of them by then.
It's worse because the people that answer the phones gave me attitude both times. I guess they do things right sometimes, or they wouldn't be in business

| I've ordered a few things from them and I've NEVER had any problems with them, so I guess it all depends. I mean-you can't beat their prices, so I figure if there are screwups, you're still getting it mad cheap, ya know?

| Cheap is good...but I don't have anything in my hands yet
It's a good thing you mentioned tomorrow being workday. For some reason, I was thinking it was sunday. I would have been lonely at the park and ride

| That sucks, I didn't have any problem when I got my guages from them. At least you got some directions, my guages came with just the guages and the power inverter. The guages are easy to do though without directions. |

| When I ordered my intake, it was fine but my friend spent well over a month trying to get the right part after they sent him the wrong one. They wanted him to send back a picture of the part, ship it back, blah blah wanted him to pay shipping for the RIGHT part, crap like that |
