Default Saturn L series V6 no throttle response

2000 Saturn 3.0 V6 no start unless throttle body is disconnected also no communication with tech or scanner. Vehicle will start & communicate with throttle disconnected with all throttle codes. No connector problems. New throttle body has been installed with no change. GETTING DESPIRATE. Any suggestions?????? Send any replies to houck_kevin@yahoo.com

start car...then hookup TB connecter....then scan for codes!!
