johnny, well i haveto admit, that yes, the board has gone to crap, and im not saying that jsut cause of whats going on, i see stupid ****ing posts all the time and instead of barf locking it, HE FEED INTO IT, its bull****, and dsadly, satspeed was a growing cool ass board, when it started getting out of hand i would write john and ask him, after all ive done for you you wont step in, and john would actually justify it, saying crap like, oh, fonzos only stating his opinion etc (fonzo is refered to as hack on the board), now, what john doesnt understand is what i posted here earlier, that i have done my research and i can and will at some point have to take action
besdies costing me business possibly, the persnal attacka are to much, john justifys it but look at this scenario.
i ahve a 15 year old in private school in tampa about to start driving, she knows damn well aboyut the boards, god knows they consumed enough of my time the past 5 years, sometimes when somethings funny ill even tell her to read a certain post or board.
now, barf sits there and attacks my personal life and medical condtion, could you imagine my kid going to satsuck, i eman satspeed and theres barf laughing about my condition? knowing full well theres no cure, that i have but maybe ten good years left and heres some punk ass snot laughing at her dads condtion? she knows im the only parent shes got, she crys when she hears about recent mris and **** so we have to be careful what we say around her. i have a newborn that might not have a daddy on her 18th boirthday and again, heres some punk, no, punks to good a word, laughing about it? and johns allowing it, actually encouraging it.
so, when i did my research with my lawyer i found out the easiet way to stop it.
right now, its bull****, very soon, its going to piss me off, and WHAM, lawsuit time
everyone thinks the net is free speech this and free speech that and they can say wahtever they want, true? well go try and find hacks hate site he ahd put up...gee where di that go? and all that took was one letter to 20m.com telling them that if it stayed up there would be legal action taken AGAISNT THEM, not hack,, them for allowing it.

i didnt need an engine, i just was trying to get the topic back on focus by seeing which would be more cost efficient... a rebuild, or a whole engine? cause if double_D had spent more for a rebuild than for an engine, it doesnt seem worth the trouble to have done a rebuild at all anyway...

oh, no problem john, in the ehat of the crap i mst have missed your point.
well, as tom said, we apprecaite you, and know that, our door is always welcome for you here.
without going into details i will not be a well liked guy over the enxt couple of months, the damage is done, im proceeding to shut down any board that allows people to use it as an avenue to attempt to divert or disrupt my business.
so, in short, its going to be a long tough road but one im sure i will be in the winners circle at the end.
no-one is going to spend thousands of dollars to allow THREE people, barf hack and ian to spew forth their bull****, imr esorting to counsel this week and i know what has to be done.
if i spend thousands of dollars on legal action i will not waste my money on someone who has nothing, cant be collected on, and will result in really nothing satisfactory, my money where go where i feel its doing the most good.
so, in a nutshell, thats it. unless i see something postive from the other camp im filing what i have to, and i will spend ten thousand dollars like its nothing to prove a point. point being? that 3 ******* kids have attempted to slander and ruin my good name which i have been building sinc ei first started giving advice on line in 1996 will not be tolerated, especially since they have no beef with my company, thats labeled unfounded slander.

That's the main reason I almost never go to saturnspeed.com or post there. The always some flaming going on and **** talkers. I you ask something they try to make you look like a moron. F that this is the only saturn board I post most of the time, sometimes xtremesaturn.
