Wow. 150 psi. I don't know much about cars (yet), but I do know a lot about ships. The Low-pressure air compressors (LPACS) push 250-300 psi and often need pressure reducers for equipment to run off of them. The average heavy-duty military-grade industrial equipment like paint grinders and needle guns run at 70-85 psi. Considering turbochargers run off exhaust, and the exhaust pressure doesn't even approach 150 psi as it contacts the first-stage turbine, I don't think it is even physically possible to get 150 psi out of it. Hell, if you got 50 psi you could probably become quite rich off the invention seeing how it violates the laws of physics!
