|  Sprint cellular service sucks.
What a bunch of *******s. So a month ago I switch to a lower plan, since I wasn't using my phone to much. So I try to check my voice mail and they direct me to some other place, saying I owed money. So I check and it says I owe over 200 bucks. 150 for other charges, plus current month charges. Why would Sprint charge me for switching to a plan that is theres from a higher plan that was their plan? Can someone explain this to me? Is there anyway I can get this charge taken away? They didn't even tell me they were gonna charge me this bull**** fee. Can someone please help me out with this?

Nick, I might can help out if you can tell me what type of rate plan you're on, what the charge is for overage, etc.  To me, it sounds like they added a penalty charge to your bill for changing your plan while under contract. With T-Mobile, you never have to worry about that

i've had sprint for about three years now. i've hopped between plans several times as my needs changed and i've never been charged anything like that. | |

I hate T-Mobile, I use to be a huge customer, I had 3 numbers, and two phone, and one month they decided to screw me completely over. they charged me over $500 in random calls Ive never made and when on the phone with customer service they told me there is nothing they can do about it. Finally I moved to sprint and I bought the Samsung A-500, havent been happier. 300 anytime minutes, free nights and weekends. T-Mobile offers free weekends, but I usually use my phone around 8-12PM.
