| SPS, What a joke Well I ordered new SPS clear corners in January to replace my old SPS clear corners for water damage and I was washing my car on Saturday and noticed one had water in it. So I called SPS today and spoke with the owner (didn't know this at the time) anyways he told me the manufacture wouldn't do anything and the only thing he could do was sell me one for $28. I told him no way am I going to purchase another one. So I was screwed. A few hours later I call back. Got the same guy. I told him if he wouldn't swap out the product then I was going to post on the forum. He got all irrate and told me not to threaten him. Then he told mt to f**k off and to shove the clear corner up my "bunghole" ok Bevis...Anyways, was not happy, so I am letting you all know how I was treated by SPS and how much of a prick this guy was over a stupid $28 light. So you tell me what you think. |

| Bought a set for my 99, had em for 2 years almost not a single problem. Actually I have nothing negetive to say about SPS, I have bought numerous things from them and everything went smooth. |

Then again Ive never had a complaint about any products(my clear corners did get water in em but I never complained, what do you expect from aftermarket products)
Ive heard stories like this from some friends though. I guess the idea is SPS is great as long as there's no problem with the product. |

| I had some clear corners that did the same thing. I took them apart and sealed them with clear silicone.
I'm suprised to hear this sort of thing about SPS. They've been pretty good with their customer service over the last few years, albeit with a little attitude.

The guys at SPS are are fair and usually willing to work things out. There has to be something else to this story that isnt being told.

| I had a problem with them the other day. I was tryin to get some rings and they were tryin to tell me that sealed power wouldnt drop ship to me. I had just talked to sealed power and they told me that they would drop ship. They got an attitude when I told them I needed it by friday and that they would drop ship. They said " No they wont, hold on." I sat there on hold for 5 minutes. Then called back sealed poser and got the rings 10% off!!! Awesome support from seald power. Maybe someone at SPS is going through some personnel problems???
