one of my friends told me that in jan issue there is a pic of my car on page 39 advertising a body kit for this company . one question i never gave this company permission to use my pic ,i also called them to take my car off there web site which they did, but how can they sell this kit when i customized it from an acura intergra when its a black widow not what there calling it the X-BOMBER which is false .so do you guys have any questions.ok i went and got mag it just show a small pic at the bottome on the page .but i dont like the fact that there calling it a x-bomber body kit
.now some of you may have allready seen these but im sure there is a lot more members that havent.the only credit should go to ground design cause there the ones that made the actual kit, but we customized it just a little to make it fit the saturn. and it just pisses me off that some company stole my pic after i told them they didnt have permission to use it on there web site or anywhere with out some kind of contract. so im not sure on what all i can do i guess right now its a little to late.
I would try to contact them, and if you get through, don't just talk to whoever answers the phone. Talk to someone in charge. Keep trying until you get them. If that doesn't work, consult a lawyer.

ok i went to the stor again today to look through more magazines and found it again in the modified mag on page 132. i will be looking for the sports compact magazine tomorrow .while im geting a lawyer. ill let ya know what happens
