Default The sweet smell of victory

I was going to gas earlier tonight. I was driving down the road (4 lane) and pass this stock silver eclpise (95-98 not sure, the body style before the new ones). It was probably a base model automatic I'm guessing. I thought nothing of it. I see a yellow light up ahead so I slow down to stop. What do ya know the eclipse is right beside me in the lane to my right. I look over and it's some girl driving. The light's still red, so I edge up slowly more and more just to get something going. The light turns green. I take off normal so does the eclipe. Then I see it get up beside me. I'm like hell no. The eclipse gets a fender on me and I press in the perf. switch and nail it. Now that eclipse drops back about a car. I still stay in the throttle. We go for what I say is about an 1/8 mile amd I get the eclpise by a car maybe car and a half lengths. I put my hazards, the signal she just got whooped. Then I coast along and the eclipse goes ricer flying up beside me to the lane to turn off on the next road all looking over. I just keep going and give her a thumbs down.

It's on automatics. I put that in there for a joke. It's the button that has one way normal shift and the other perf. shift. On the the perf. it raises the transmission line pressure causing the transmission to shift out at a higher RPM.
