Well, the new transmission is in and I just picked the car up this morning. The mechanic said that he could not believe the packing job, and there was a big pile of wrapping in the corner to prove it

. They all agreed that they have never seen a used transmission arrive looking so clean and new, and also that since everything needed was included it was a snap to do the conversion.

The mechanic (also the methanol drag car driver) said that they were shocked by how the car pulled and the smoothness of the transmission. Anyway, they had me take it out for a spin before I payed just to make sure everything was in order, and goddamn! The transmission is so nice and smooth I can't believe it, and the shifter slips into gears perfectly.

In the words of the mechanic that did the installation "with the package that you got from Florida, never in a thousand years would someone guess that your car didn't come with the manual tranny from the factory". Anyway, I just wanted to thank you and say that of all of the companies I have dealt with, you were by far the most helpful, complete, and accurate with the greatest pricing and quality. Also, the fact that you answer emails so quickly is so refreshing and appreciated. I go back and forth a bit with some of the people at NOS and NX, and that takes days for a response sometimes, but you usually respond in hours, not days.

I figured that I would post this thank you in a public forum because I believe in supporting and recommending any company that does good business. Any time I need parts or I find another Satty owner, you will be the first person I recommend.

Oh yeah, congratulations on your upcoming wedding, you both have my best wishes.

thats grat to hear matt, galad your happy, thats how 99.9% of our orders go, smooth, with everything down to the last little nuts and bolts included.
now, would you do ME a favor? being a spot member saved you over 160.00 on this ONE order. thats cause i beleive my group is the BEST group of owners out there.
would you take this same post and put it up on other boards? i want to see how many people respond and how many people that have NEVER bought a damn thing form us jump in and ***** fest it, not to cause trouble but i just lost 500.00 due to some JERK OFF'S bad mouthing me on the net.
so it would be nice sinc eit was a big conversion package to see it on other boards. think you can do that for me?

Hey Joey, no problem, I am happy to stand by a company that stands by me. The car is running great and I just took my lunch break out on the back roads along the Connecticut shoreline and damn this thing is nice, especially coming down around a bend and down a hill, then dropping it into third to go up a hill on the other side. Anyway, it's been posted in the other forums, and I will definately stand behind my word.

you were upgraded at no extra cost to brand new parts. why? cuase i will cut my profit to nothing to keep a good customer and eanr their return business.

You'll definately have my return business. I am already looking around at other parts that I might need soon, and with a driveway containing the entire 2nd gen DOHC S-series linup (SC2, SL2, and SW2) and several friends (SC1, SL2, SL1, LSx, VUE) I would expect that you will definately get a good stream of business.

BTW: My friend with the LS (V6) is having a problem and might need some parts (needs to hear from his mechanic first), but do you have any L-series in stock?
