time to vent

i hate the !@#$!@ po pos.... i was comin home from school doin the same speed as the other 8 cars around me (i obviously couldnt go any different, one was on my tail and one was right in front me. Friggin po po decided to pull me outta the group i assume cause of the window banner and sporty lookin car (was surrounded by rusting hondas :P ) .... i was doin 50 in a 35 zone... sucks... court on oct 22 @ 9:30 in the mornin... and since im only 17 mom will have to take off work to come.... man shes gunna be pissed

Last time I you could have slowed down....yes the people behind you might have gotten annoyed, but who the hell cares?

Last time I checked you had control over your own foot. You did the 50 in a 35 you do the time for it.

welcome to life..He couldn't get all of you...and you seemed to be the most vulnerable (come on now..we all know this comes with driving "hooked up" cars)

So true. But it is total bull that they would pick him out of the group, and you know damn well it was because of the car. I say you claim discrimination and sue them. But yea, you really should have slowed down. Who cares what the guys in back of you thought.

You also could have kept going like you didn't think he wanted you and maybe one of the other guys would have pulled over.

fyi, cops are such hypocrits (sp?) and eveyone knows that suburban speed limits are way to low. I've had staties pass me like I was standing still when I was doing 75 in a 65 and they got no lights on or nothing, just cruising along.

75 in a 65 is completely different than 50 in a 35....and not only the difference in speed. 35 is usually posted for a residential area, meaning people and kids and what not, now say out of everybody in the "tight" group,, a kid ran i front of his car 35 he prolly wouldnt be able to stop completely but it would minimize the damage. At 50...well that kids as good as in the ground....so whos fault is it that in above all places you decided to speed in a 35??

Now on a different note, i just found out the other day that cops have a different set speed limit that they can follow, and alot of the take advantage of it, they are allowed (i believe ) 10 miles over. So just think about that, i myself think it sucks, but until i can change the rules i have to follow them.
