your motor is looking a lot like mine, can I borrow it? hehehe. I forgot what my compression was supposed to be too, but our motors are supposed to be pretty much twins.

Thats true Ed, but i have an extrude-honed intake to top it off.
this engine is already broken in, I just got the ok from Joey to add the N2O now. Besides, the engine pulls hard all the way to fuel cutoff <7250rpm's ?>
This thing was built to take 8K, but that damn rev limiter is the snag.
maybe an auto pcm swap is in order? mmmmmmmm.......

now you see, this is a nice post
right smack dap, on the end of the week, while finishing this car,w e found one of our major suppliers, who both me and todd used, sent todd the wrong head bolts (sent arp CRANK bolts) one phone call to whoever.
i had apr bolts on stock yeah i stole em from one of you guys LOl, dont worry, taken care of, todd paid to repalce them) god knows we found out at the worst possible minute...
see anyone *****ing, whining....professionals work as business men, or woman, and handle what arises.
todds engine can easily handle a 50-75 shot WITHOUT STRESSING IT, the crower rods in a non turbo or non hig compression motor can actually slow you down, very heavy, much more rotational mass, etc. but for what todds going, only way to go
1500 (correct me if im wrong todd) break in home, burned a half a quart (now THATS normal break in on ANY new engine, my new northstarts all said up to one qaurt within the first 1500 miles is NORMAL, not like im going to have to add oil every week of my life kinda burning..)
motor was way past schedule, todd was patient, it comes together. i also threw in ringing the block cause he HAS been such a good and long term customer.
motor at .,40 over, to be exact, is precisley one cubic inch below 2.0 for your gearheads in the group.
cams are a little lumpy, todd acquired these, they are supposed to be the second gen cams, if this is a trend (like in yours eddy) well give feedback, now its NORMAL, any cam thats worth any pull at mid range, top end etc WILL affect idle, cars NOT stalling, its a learning curve, car now pulls like v-tech, its reve/torque range is MUCH higher, when most saturns are dying off at 5k, tkt 0013 starts pulling its ass off (now that is the pros of the cams thats what their supposed to do but since there such little feedback on these second gen cams well all keep each other informed)
oh and todd, our forklift got delivered today!WOO HOO, im clearing a BIG ASS spot to pur the pad in front of the trailers. the guys are breaking down the shuttle clutch over the holiday weekend, now we can sort the cars out and double stack them to make room ( those of you that followed the move, the new yard is PACKED, and its twice the size of the old yard but here i can double stack, thats going to clear up a lot of room without me having to get rid of the older gen shells, first gen cars are getting ahrder and harder to get GOOD stuff for, good cars at auction, etc. their getting pretty ratted out by now...)
ok glad you got home buddy. im out and happy 4th of july.
keep me posted you got my number.
oh yeah tell brandon we saw flipper on sunday after dropping him and you off and heading across the bay!
