Makes a whole lotta sense since all the refineries are on the coasts. Higher prices where you have to truck it less

its $1.65-$1.75 here, if the Government wants to put a lil boost into the economy releasing some of the gas we have stock piled would be a good idea, if it goes over $2 this Summer I will be only driving my car to/from work/school I'll roller blade or ride my bike every where else.

Hybrids? Blah. For how much more they cost over a gasoline car it'll take forever to save cash on gas.

not if it stays $2 a gallon . . . let's look at it this way, i fill up 3 times a week right now; that's $60 a week. that's 240 a month. THAT'S ALMOST THE CAR PAYMENT!!!!! lol if i had a hybrid that would be cut incredibly; they get 70mpg hwy or so instead of my 25 (my wonderful upgrades have degraded my mpg )

let's see if i can still cross multiply . . . hahaha

ok well, i got 672 a month so i don't remember how to do this . . . but the important part is, i'm poor. and i'm bad at cross multiplying.

Gotta remember...you get a tax cut with the purchase of a hybrid though too!
