| Ok, the thing about wireless networks is that your signal is shot to EVERYONE within signal strength. Someone may have moved into a nearby apartment with wireless capabilities. They are able to pick up your network and can, if you have no encryption or anything, use the internet and whatnot through your router. I doubt that your computer has been hacked or whatever, but its a possibility. Also, Cansl2 puts it pretty nicely. THe only hack proof computer is one that is broken.
As a spyware and **** killer, i use lavasofts ad-aware. Just google search it.
You should be detecting his signal strength, which i presume is "imwatchingyou" then tell me how strong it is... If its good (60%) chances are hes pretty close to you. Like apartments away.
If i really found out someone did anything i would just search out the person who was doing it and kick his ass.
Hope this helps.
P.S.: The monitor flickering is it refreshing. Turn it up from 60 hertz |

| I'd at least set up 128-bit WEP encryption on the network, and block the offending network. I have several computers that are wireless and only one that's actually hard-wired into the router.
Whenever I make a credit card transaction online, I make sure to do it on the wired computer as I'm still a bit leary of sending that information out over the open air.

| Do you have a password set up for your wireless network? If not, do that immediately. If someone gets onto your network, they can easily find out your IP address, physical address, and loads of personal information. And there are tons of programs for this. So, if you don't have a password on it, create one, that way they can't easily just select your wireless network from a list of local ones.
EDIT: Umm, I didnt see the second page man. DSO Exploit? That's pretty big, considering the credit card status. A DSO exploit is an internet explorer bug that can allow someone to run software without your noticing. In other words, hackers can get into your system.
My advice: update internet explorer to the latest one, download any and all updates, including SP2, if you haven't.
The following is to get rid of the exploit, if your apps won't do it for you.
NOTE: Fiddling with the registry editor is pretty tricky, and if you can't do it, dont, or else if you delete the wrong file, Windows might not boot anymore. But you can still look through it without deleting.
Click the DSO Exploit in the spyware program, and see if you can get its properties, you need to write down it's location.
Then, go to start, run, type REGEDIT and hit enter.
Navigate through the registry editor to the filename and location that you wrote down.
Once you open the Zones section and clicked "0", look to the right window, and under "name" is the key '1004' and the type is REG_SZ, right-click and delete this REG_SZ value. Then, right-click and create new>DWORD value, and name it 1004, then right click on that and go to modify, give it the Hex Value of 3, and click ok. If there is ONLY a DWORD value for the key (1004), just doubleclick it and change the hex value to 3.
Then close the registry editor and restart your computer.

| Hey guys thanks for all the advice. I restored my computer back to factory condition.
I don't have a password for my network, do you know how to put one on it? That would be a great start.
I never use IE I use mozilla but I restored just to make sure I got rid of everything anyways.
I may be contacting the police department about the credit card charge. I asked those people if they had an IP address associated with the transaction and they said no but sounds kinda fishy to me as I've bought 2 dollar junk on the internet where they told you they logged your ip I doubt a company would sell an 80 dollar service without logging your ip. Hopefully the police will be able to get it out of them. |

| If you have a program to manage your wireless network installed on your PC, then you can use that, otherwise look through the help files for wireless password or wireless, it might turn something up.
Or check the manual that came with the wireless router, if you have one. There should be a preferences option somewhere for wireless network settings
