yet another important announcement concerning the show!

hey guys, how many of you remeber the REAR WHEEL DRIVE, saturn powered, nissan german bodied cortina that i had posted on xtreme? built by a good freind of mine who allthough is one of the best in his feild his name is rarely mentioned.
donny topping is an absolute turbo and saturn guru that runs a saturn only repair shop in hollywood florida, the man desigins his own manifolds, fuel rails and turbo systems like you've never seen, the last car i just mentioned was a german nissan called a cortina, it had a twin cam set up backwards, with a mazda rx7 tranny, rear wheel drive and dual downdraft carbs on the side, NO fuel injection, it was run by a haltech managment system.
well, i was over there ysterday while in lauderdale and donny IS COMING TO THE SHOW! with him he is either bringing a mosler powered by a turbo rotary engine OR his other nissan cortina, powered by a 2.0 COGSWORTH, with an incredably HUGE turbo, a custom fuel rail with EIGHT injectors powering four cyl's, the car is flat out bad ass!
he is now another VIP to coem share his knowledge and expertise at the show, donny will have his own table with some of his work displayed, he doesnt make turbo kits for everyone, only himself as its cost prohibitive unless your shop is specifcally set up for production turbo builds like cca or twistec. BUT he will build you any specific motor or car you request as i do, competition for me? hell no, theres plenty of saturns for all of us to work on and not compete, id LOVE to see some folks have donny do some of his magic, he will be bringing cards and flyers to get in touch with him after the show. ask donny ANYTHING about turbos, the man has knowledge like corky bell.
as a vip guest we are honored he is making the trip out here, he will be spending the night at the carousel and i have added a 8th room to accomadate out newest VIP thats coming!

sc2, brandon, donny is cool as hell to not stuffy or on aego trip like some folks that carry his knowledge, hes a jamacian guy and hes very cool and very laid back while being fanatical about his shop, work and reputation.
hes looking forward to meeting alot of you guys to and local people coming from miami dade like miami sl2 and others can absoltuely use hiom for repairs when they cant make it over to my shop, i trust him that much that i would put my faithful customers in his hands, but he will definelty have lots of EXCELLENT input at the show , also, i am speaking to saturn of ft myers about bringing soem new vues and cars to display also as an added benifit, i have to get clearance from the sales manager but so far the main manager luke said he thinks its a great idea! lets hope it goes well with dan the other manager i have to speak to.

That is great!! I know how some people that know a good bit about cars can be, all ego and won't talk to the little guy because they don't know enough.

I don't see why the sales manager would not want to bring out some VUEs to show off and get exposue (future customers).

adam, im currently speaking to saturn of ft myers to display some vues and cars at the show to man! as far as my freind donny i took some shots of the mosler and the cortina in his shop so im going to be posting some pics in the next day or so so you guys can see his work
also, pictures of a interesting rear disc pull where a belt had caught the rear caliper ( a defective tire belt cut loose and wrapped around this caliper throwing the car into a spin) pictures of the volvo with a satunr rear engine in it and some other interesting stuff!

hey man, the sl i picked up yesterday is a white 92, high miles, blown tranny, i could sell it cheap if i fix the trans, it needs some interior work, which we can do as we go, it is a rat in its current stage but its NEVER been hit.
talk to you soon, im also buying one on monday, im going to haul cars out of lauderdale and a guy with a fully running 92 is supposed to be meeting me at my storage lot over there, if i buy that to ill let you know.
hows the flyers coming? i wantt o bring one to saturn of ft myers, i got them interested in coming now!
