Default Automatic Adjustible Line Pressure?

I saw in a post about the Saturn auto transmission switch that Turbo_Saturn85

"A theory: some believe that increased line pressure can cause destruction to the transmission. Back when I had an auto, I designed a circuit that allowed me to manually adjust the line pressure, giving me the option to have the transmission shift as hard as it possibly could, or normally like in the "normal" condition. I ran like this for probably a year and not one single issue. "

made a adjustable line pressure ciruit for his auto DOHC sl saturn. im planning to do a swap to a manual this yeah but i was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on who to do this because i want to squeeze every ounce of life out of my auto trans i can. this would be greatly appreciated.

Don't even waste the time with it. I thought the transmission was going to blow when I took out the line pressure fuse. Full throttle felt a LOT slower than with with the fuse in place. The only thing cool about it is that you could bark tires going into 2nd and sometimes into 3rd.

It was a little more complicated than that...

It was research and time well spent. That PCB design was lost a few computers ago.

Not off the top of my head. I had a 12 segmet LED display, (2) ICs of some sort and 2 pots. As you increased the pressure, the more LEDs would light up.
