Default I want to my mod my 98saturn

Ok this is a 1998 saturn sl2 (ugly blue color with a red pin stripe )
I want to mod the car and make it look better can someone give an idea where to start and what the price would be? thanks

I dyed my doors black and changed the insert to a different color.
