its just shaped weird the way it goes around the engine cradle. you will need to get a new flex pipe though. Try eBay, you can get them cheap there, then weld it you the bottom of the down pipe and the cat flange.

I know what it's supposed to look like. I wasn't talking about the pipe itself, but the end, after the flexpipe...it looks like somebody removed the pipe by chaining the pipe to their truck and driving off.

HAHAHA when I got mine it was like that too, thats why I said New Flex Pipe
Mine looked the same way but mine was more crushed and jagged looking. I don't know why they can't just go at it with a sawzall or something instead of just cutting it with a shears.
