Default Performance Chip

I know it has been asked before, but I am here to ask again. I saw an ad for a chip that will give your Saturn 50 HP!!!!!! I have included the link below. I don't believe it would give a ridiculous amount like 50 hp, but would it be worth anything?

It'll probably just make your car eat more gas, giving very little if any performance gains and shorten your spark plugs life.
