Default So, what comes next?

It seems that everyone who asks the question, "what mods to do first?" ends up getting the overall response "Intake & Exhaust is a good way to start". And from a personal standpoint, I'd have to agree. So what would be the "overall" recommendation for second and third engine mods? I personally think maybe plugs, wires, and a big bore TB. Any other opinions out there?

I would say 2. strut tower brace, 3. plugs+wires, 4. short shifter.

Ahh, I completely forgot about the strut tower brace. Although my first 2 mods weren't Intake and Exhaust, those were my second and third. My first were the lowering springs. My 4th will be the strut tower brace, which I have......just not on yet.

i would say intake, header, exhaust, plugs, wires, throttlebody, str ut tower bar, rear strut tower bar, lowering springs, tires, rims, then slotted or drilled rotors, def go with a 4 disk setup. then you can go further either turbo or nitrous or pioneer a supercharger for saturns...

go to xtremeracingconcepts and get their combo deal. i think that right now its a direct hits ignition set and throttle body...or since you have the intake and exhaust go for a little more and get the throttle body and header

I agree with L300 Boy, if I could do it all over again I would get a trubo. Man I have spent so much money and when I go turbo I will have to take off my intake, new HS header, and custom 2 1/4 exhaust. They all get replaced in the new set up, so I will have to sell them or something.

I started with the basics as well....the intake, STB, and lowering springs.

Of course that wasn't enough...I stepped up to the 55mm TB, port matched the intake manifold, added a HS header setup with custom exhaust and Borla muffler....

Oh and I didn't stop there..I decided that I had better upgrade my ignition, too, so I went with a set of ACCEL coils, MSD Wires, and NGK plugs...especially since the MSD DIS II HO was pushing out a much hotter spark...

but really....why does a SOHC need all of that? So that it can handle the 75HP shot of nitrous that I run through it on a regular basis! WOOHOO!
