Default Supercharger on SC2?

I've been wondering, since the Saturn Ion Redline/Chevy Cobalt SS engines are big brother engines to the SC2 engine, would you be able to put a supercharger from the Redlines/SS onto a SC2?

Why are they big brother engines? They are absolutely nothing alike.

The supercharger he's using is off a mercedes.

The answer is NO, without a lot of time and money.

+1, but also adding know-how (or paying someone else with know-how). You could easily spend a lot of time & money trying to do this & never make it work if you don't know what you're doing.

Also, Shaolin's right about the two engines not being related. Though there are some design similarities, the Ecotecs are based off of Saab/Opel European 4cyl engines, not the Saturn 4cyl.

also, Street Design Auto (SDA) was working on a supercharger kit for the Saturn 1.9L - might get ahold of them & see when that will be available, if it's not already.
