SZ50 ep is the firehawk im talkign bout, looks just like an indy rain tire........

Well, the difference in tread betwen the existing ones and the Kumho's might have had an impact, expecially with 245's. I try to stay around 195-205's and the compound worked pretty well.

I cant get away with 205 on a 16x8, plsu i need the width/contact patch.

nah the tread squirm was only on the front end. Rear end was nice and planted.

I'm just picturing pulling up behind a F-Body rolling on 195-width pizza-cutters Would be funny to see them even get away from the light at half-throttle, not to mention the rain traction

actually early yr thirdgen fbodies did come with 195-75r14 whitewalls...rpo qyg for the whitewalls qxv for black walls.82-87

Damn dude. you know your tires. BTW, what is up with you and the Saturn boards. I don;t mind of course, just wondering. Do you own a Saturn too or are you friends with people here or are you just trying to offer a perspective from the other end of the auto performance world?

Its different from the fbody sites.......i know all the answers for the most part, so you have to go elsewhere for soem diveristy in your life.

And yes im a member of import sites as well. I frequent about 17 differnt message boards on a given day.
