Default autometer a/f gauge

AutoMeters website says that it will work with most narrow band O2 sensors, what gauges will work with a wide band 02 sensor? I really like the NV gauges.

AEM has a couple wideband o2 sensor kits. They are going to be pricey. About $400 for the whole kit. I think they sell the gauge also by itself but dont know how much that will run. Check it out on www.aempower.com

If I got a gauge for a narrow band o2 it will still tell me if im lean or rich like the gauge says, I just wont be able to tune with it right?

Actually the most "accurate" narrowband is a Heated O2 Sensor from a 92 Escort and a Halmeter....

You have no idea how inaccurate your reading is though. My AEM wideband was $350 shipped.

oh, i know.........but i have a stock engine with only bolt-ons, so there's really no point for a more accurate reading. It still does what i need it to.

if you only have bolt on's the autometer a/f guage will suffice. Basically all it's telling you is when your about to blow up. Not much else. but for forced induction/nitrious applications an egt or a wide band o2 sensor would be better.

It's simply pointless to even have a gauge to read your stock NB sensor unless you want it just for looks.
