Then a week ago i bought some hawk hps pads. they stamp thousands of dam things out a day.. spmotorsports is out them too. hmmmm/????
it took a week to contact me again. here is there stupid response!
RE Sorry for the delay getting back to you about your order. We were out of the Hawk pads when you sent your order in, but were supposed to have them here today. We got a message from out warehouse late this afternoon saying that they too are out and will be 7-10 days before they get more in.
If you want to wait, you don't need to do anything and we'll ship them to you when they come in. If you want to switch to a different pad (KVR Carbon Fibre, Akebono ProACT Ceramic, Satisfied Pro Ceramic) let me know and we'll get those out to you.
Again, sorry for this delay and please let me know what you will like to do. You can reply to this email or call me directly on teh number below druing our regular office hours.
Thanks,
Joe

MY response
hi guys i tried of getting the run around from your company, please refund my money back to my credit card. everthing i seem to order you guys dont have. i would maybe of choose a diiferent pad but u guys took five days to send me a email.
there response
Very sorry for the delay getting back to you. We were out of the shop the last two days of last week attending a car show back east. We actually did send you an email about the backorder on Thursday beofre we left, but apparently we had your email address misspelled and it got bounced back. I didn't see that until we got back yesterday. Again, my apology for this situation. It's getting really tough to get parts for the S Series Saturns.
I'll take care of the refund today. You should see it on your card within 24 - 48 hrs. With the holiday, it might be Friday.

| I have to disagree....you are just to damn impatient. I have purchased multiple items from them, and every time have had great success. Things do get backordered....learn to hold your damn horses.

| Yeah, they don't sound like a bad company at all, very professional responses. As for yours, it helps to have your spelling grammar correct before you send emails, just something I like to do, and find it easier to read, and they are usually more willing to deal with you. That's just what I found to be true. If waiting a week for parts that you really want makes you angry, try waiting 2 1/2 months for an exhaust system that is on backorder. But when I got it the quality and sound more than made up for it. |

| ok heres what i think. It ok to sell a product. If its on back order you should have it tell your customer that it is back ordered before they order. The reason i say this isnt because mark is inpacient. Its because it was a pain in the ass for me to rip his car apart and not have the parts in to put them on, because I was under the impression by the company they would be in. It was bacially a situation where the company sold parts that they didnt have. On the other hand good saturn parts are hard to find. But you have to figure up there customer service. Mabey we just caught them on a bad day/week. So up to you. Either way I dont care. If you guys want to argue about this post ur retarted and should go race in the special olympics.

| Most small parts vendors cannot afford a real-time parts inventory system, especially not one that automatically shows stock status on their website. Sure it's frustrating, but take this as lesson learned: if you're ordering from a small specialty parts place, and you need the parts ASAP, it might be wise to call first and not take the website's word for it.
Now where's that starting line? |

| Anyone that would rip a car apart expecting to get parts from the internet without a tracking number showing the delivery date just might be someone that needs to be in the special olympics.

funnieeee stuffs...............was kinda thinking the same thing.
seriously, i feel for you, i have had parts not show up, never been notified and only found out when the packing slip was read that was with the rest of the merch that did show up.............................the only time i ever had the car apart first was if it was undrivable to begin with..........
seems they have been out of the office a lot recently, one would think that at least one person would figure out a way to reply to emails with a lappy once at a destination, even i can do that, VERY easily. heck, they actually could run the office remotely....................
special olympics? where do i sign up?
baldy :P
