get the inserts unless you plan on making a ton of power where you can break/bend the stock mounts...

but guess what .. you cant get the inserts! because unless ive missed something the last year, they only make inserts for the black metal motor mounts... so you'll have to find those somewhere (i think '97+ saturns). older saturns have the aluminum mounts with star shaped inserts.

or you can get the sda dogbones which kick ass. they also have a top mount insert

this combo yielded me a broken tranny mount (i think) in about a week. because i drive like an *******. so i need to figure out how to strengthen that now.

i got those inserts from summit and im still looking for the right mounts. i have a 97 sohc and i know that they wont work with the inserts. some one told me to get the 99 or 00 mounts.

yep, you want 00 and up stamped-steel mounts so you can press in the new inserts

work great, highly reccomend them to recover lost torque.
